The traffic reporter on 95.1 has taken to saying “the uptown” in reference to traffic in or around the uptown area. Isn’t uptown uppity enough? I guess it could go both ways. On the one hand there is “The Plaza”. On the other, “The Ohio State University”. Two negatives don’t equal a positive!
