On a Saturday… at 3pm. Actually I’ve been up for quite awhile and made a delicious, if not random, lunch of salmon piccata. Seriously, how am I single? Speaking of piccata – the chicken piccata at Amalfi is a special recommendation from Meck to you. That more people don’t know about that place completely baffles me.
And speaking of single: to trump my last post about the topic, yahoo now informs me that only 34% of women are single nationwide, while 32% of men are. It doesn’t seem all that bad. It also talks about how cities with large universities tend to have more singles. Except, of course, Charlotte.
