And for the record, Obama opened his speech thanking “UNC Charlotte”. Not “UNCC”, or even worse, “UNC”. Good times for the university, for sure.

Seriously, can he get anymore awesome?! Yes, he didn’t wear the Steelers jersey for Monday Night Football (conceding the PA EVs to Mac Daddy are we?), but come on, he got it right! UNC CHARLOTTE, BITCH. In your face. I would say that he potentially alienated voters in the triangle, but really, they just don’t care.

It’s also election eve. NFL/Election lore says that if the redskins lose, there will be a turnover in the whitehouse. Therefore, my mother’s republican coworker has decided to not wear a Steelers jersey. My mother’s response? “You can’t be a bigger republican than you are a Steeler’s fan. That’s just wrong”.

UPDATE:

Obama will be appearing on Monday Night Football tonight with John McCain. If Obama is wearing a Steelers jersey, I will pee my pants, die, and go straight to Flaming Liberal Stiller Fan Heaven. You heard it here first. My money is on a Polamalu jersey, any takers?
